This place was run better when the owner used to work there. I keep having the same negative experience with the same group of... employees. I?m allergic to radish so I asked for lettuce instead on my wrap and they told me I wasn?t ?allowed to get lettuce onmy wrap? yes that?s correct I couldn?t get lettuce on my wrap lol. And then when I asked for light tomatoes and extra onionsthey started laughing amongst themselves and made it a big deal. Horrible customer service. Same group of employees now 3 times!Literally refusing to do basic customer service. Never been to any restaurant that wouldn?t let you pick your toppings.Ridiculous. Read more
My husband and I went for the first time to Legacy Hall today. My husband got chicken and waffles from The Press waffle. He... ordered it online and it was done and delicious in like 5 minutes. I ordered a falafel bowl from Shawarma and it was 15 minutes,my husband was almost finished and I could see people walking up and getting food just on the spot and mine showed not ready. Iwent over and said, ?hey, why is this taking so long.?Both people who worked there instantly became really hostile towards me. When they were the ones who dropped the ball and never let me know the order had been completed. Lots of great options at LegacyHall. I will happily choose one of those in the future. This place was all about the flavor! Chicken was cooked well and sauces were out of this world!! I definitely get a lot of sauce... and toppings so my bowl was flavor filled! Would recommend for a healthier eat inside of Legacy Hall 100%! Read more
Kinda of chicken sandwich with veggies more than a typical shawarma & the fries were average.

Just had my first meal here (Opening Day) and it was fantastic! I don't know what you guys are doing to the Lamb and Chicken... Shawarma meat, but don't stop. It was tender, juicy and the flavor was absolutely addictive! Everybody at the counter wasfriendly and it was fun watching you prepare my Lamb Shawarma bowl with lots and lots of fresh ingredients. My wife had the LambShawarma and she said it tasted like a "next level" gyro and she is now obsessed. Keep up the great work. We will be back often! Read more
