The sandwich was delicious but it took awhile to get since it was lunchtime. The inside tables were practically full, although... some with customers like me, who can't stand for more than 10 min, blocking the registers. They should have built this locationlarger to accommodate the Schlotzsky's lovers in the area. Fortunately the outdoor eating area is covered and was comfortable,despite the heat. I'm greatful they are here, just wish it were more efficient during the lunch rush. Read more
This place is fantastic. I wish I remembered his name but the service was incredible. The restroom was clean and so was the... whole establishment. The sandwiches are also really good but might be too large for some people. Read more

I go to this Schlotzsky's location every few weeks, not just for the high quality of the food or the cleanliness, but for the... manager Emma. She's an absolutely lovely human being. When you walk into the establishment, she initiates a completely differentatmosphere than 99% of other restaurants. She's friendly, inviting, helpful, and such a pleasure to speak with every time I goto this location. There's actually a Schlotzsky's closer to my home and yet I drive the extra distance because of theenvironment Emma creates. Not only does her bubbly personality uplift customers, but it's VERY apparent that she emits thatpositive attitude onto all of her coworkers. Everyone employee seems genuinely happy to work there, which I've never encounteredat another restaurant, and dedicate to Emma's radiance. One example of how Emma goes above & beyond to take care of guests isthat one time I was telling her about my difficulties with ordering ahead, and she said, "Oh, just call the store before comingin! I'll happily take your order over the phone!" which was such a shock to me since most customer service employees would neveroffer such a thing so genuinely. I typically never feel the urge to review a restaurant, so please understand that I'm notsharing this information lightly. If I personally could award her with employee of the decade, I would. You can get a variety of sandwiches at Schkotzsky's with their great bread, and other foods I've never eaten. Cinnabon - tried... them once and didn't like them. Service is great, some employees I recognize as being there for years. Read more
I eat here about three times a week. The food and service is always on point. I enjoy the rewards I receive through the app for... free sandwiches. Eric is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the flatbread. Read more
