Always good food at Red Lobster, however, they must've been a little short handed this night because it did take a while to yet... a table, but then again, it was Friday night, so not knocking them for that. Started with waiting at the bar for our table...had 2 drinks there, both my husband's and mine were really good. Then got seated in a fairly timely manner. Food was really goodbut the lobster tails we think were just a tad overcooked because they were a little chewy, had to cut with a knife, but theTASTE WAS GREAT! This is the worst RL I have ever been to. Start with long wait, instead of hostess said 25 min it took them 40 minutes, because... system error which is understandable. Then it went worse; we have 4 people, but somehow the waitress only brought 3 sets ofeverything ( plates, utensils, etc), luckily she remembered brought 4 drinks. Thanks to another young lady who finally brings mea plate and utensil. When our waitress brought dishes, she just dropped it on the table like we shouldn't be there, not once sheask "is everything ok? Or do you need refill for the drink"? On top of that, our dirty plates were stack up so high and shewalks by many times without take it away. Yeah, maybe those old folks party she can get better tips from, so she rather spenttimes there talking instead of caring her area equally. So this is the reason 1 star was given. When we are done with paying andasking for the receipt, she won't even look at us, and that's the reason she doesn't get tips. Go make it up from other tablessince she spent more time there. The manager was good, she fixed the problems within 3 minutes, but the waitress was awful. Read more
