When working for a food restaurant and finding a hair in my sandwich is absolutely disgusting. Then when called to let them know... they said I need to follow up to no management. It?s nasty that people let people work with hair down that closely to food. If iwas anyone I would not go to the location in Plano next to chipotle. Read more

1st time eating here. I got roasted chicken sandwich and it was very moist. The bread was so soft. I hate sandwich shops if the... bread is so tough my teeth can't cut through it. The service was great. The guy making my sandwich did so perfectly. I askedfor a small amount of mayo and he actually did this. Other sandwich shops have not been so accommodating for me in this area.They are my favorite sandwich shop. I just wish there was one closer to me. Read more
First time to try this place. Food was tasty, tables dirty. No one ever walked around to clean off tables, giving it a ?park... with dirty picnic tables? vibe. Apparently, all sandwiches are toasted (?) we didn?t realize that and weren?t asked?counters aretall so you can?t tell they are being toasted. I was fine with that, others in party were not happy.
