I?d leave NO STARS but then this won?t post. How convenient. Upon ordering, a credit card I didn?t want charged, was charged. I... said I?d be picking up the sandwich. I should?ve been flagged w/ a note, right then, saying ?you are using & will be charged bya delivery service for this transaction.? Then the restaurant didn?t receive the order. I re-ordered the sandwich, & paid incash. ONLY THEN was the order received by the restaurant, and I found out I was indeed charged automatically. Now I?ve paidtwice for one sandwich. I?m very angry. When you have a restaurant that can get lunch customers out as fast as they come in is a pretty good sandwich place
We got 2 very good sandwiches. Both were full of meat. The whole grain bread is very flavorful, not dry or though like others. ... This food is 10 times better than Subways sandwich. I retract my previous positive thoughts. Today I ordered a skinny turkey on white with double meat with extra onions and... Mayo For which I was charged $15.50 When I opened the sandwich there were two tiny scraps of turkey about an inch square and onelittle ring of onion with a drop of mayo. So I paid $15 for a small toasted bun. When I tried to show the staff they didn't wantto see it. To figure out what happened.they just wanted to make another. I got really annoyed. We love coming to this potbellys. The staff is always great. They don't seem like they hate their jobs. Everything we order is... always consistent and fresh. Of course the chicken salad is amazing. Their customer services represents everything that is wrong with customer service; it could actually serve as a good case study... for what not to do. We ordered and there was no one in the line. Proceeded to pay; the guy was on the phone for a good 5 mins;went to the restroom and came back and then he asked me what was your order? Just walked out ? and he did not say a word.
