I love Pollo Regio!! I frequent this location because it is close to my job. Today I went and Francesca in the drive thru was so... nice, she's so attentive and doesn't rush you. The line was moving fast and I appreciate that because I only have 45 mins forlunch. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I love this restaurant. Their chicken is absolutely delicious. I have been coming here for years. Today Francisca took my... order, and she was super friendly. I got nachos. And there it literally NO cheese.....how do you "forget"to put cheese on nachos....go somewhere else.
