We arrived during a shift change and stood in the lobby watching disinterested staff chat and look at their phones while we were... staring at empty tables asking repeatedly if we could be seated. That irked me enormously. No one seemed to care - four staffjust milling around ignoring both us and the idea that they could do something productive. Last time I was there our waitress was very rude throughout the whole time we were there. I thought she was probably having a... bad day. She definitely ruined my families dinner but I thought it was a one time thing. Today I went to pick up an order Iplaced online. As soon as I walked in three people were standing at the front. One girl looked at me and just stared at me andwent back to talking to the other girl. The guy that was standing there looked very annoyed when I told him I was picking up anorder. They told me it wasn?t ready. So I waited by the counter. I already felt uncomfortable because they kept looking at me.As more people walked in, they made comments of all of the customers. Not to mention after waiting for my food to be ready itwas cold and there was no Ranch for the wings. It also seemed like I got the last of the fries. They were hard and small. Great wings, good beer selection. The wait staff is always nice and friendly and they work hard to pump out good chicken. Favorite location! I?ve had a good experience dining at this pluckers every time. The only thing I would say isn?t awesome is... how their fries aren?t seasoned but the wings make up for it. Service has always been great also! Read more
I told myself I was done paying exorbitant amounts of money for wings and french fries, yet here I am, again. Just out of the... gate I would like to say it?s time to end the community paper towel roll, as a napkin dispenser. We are still in the midst of aworldwide pandemic and Pluckers is like, here; touch this thing that everyone else just touched after they wipe their mouths. Then, use it wipe your mouth! And remember, Social Distancing is the key to saving lives!!! But anyway, Pluckers wings arelarge and meaty. This usually means undercooked and gnarly. Not the case, somehow the fat is rendered on their wings. Theyare well prepared, even for large wings which most place just cannot do. The waffle fries, terrible. Worst I have ever had. I loved Pluckers when I use to frequent Austin and it was the only place that could get up some tasty ranch chicken wings.... They've expanded since then and this is one of the locations I would frequent. It's not always but I do get a time or two whenthey chicken meat was dry. This visit was great. The chicken was fried to perfection along with the tater tots. Just noteprices have increased due to chicken demand, so if you're one to complain about price they will tell you in advance before youorder. My server Natalie was really awesome. Read more
Vibes is sporty and gives the friday hangout feels with bars and several TVs playing. The food was overall good, just wished... they all came out with the same quality. some wings were piping hot while others were already warm and soggy. Read more
