We haven?t been here in about a year and were excited because we have been to several other locations - HOWEVER, this experience... was terrible. When we walked in and abided by the ?please wait to be seated? sign, we weren?t greeted and there were literallyonly 2 clean tables? in the whole restaurant at 3PM on a Sunday, with workers just hanging out in the back of house? took usabout 3 minutes to get seated. The little spoons & dishes at the table had dried food on them which was off putting and ourdrinks arrived with no ice in them. We ordered all our items at once and the entrees came out before the appetizers, which wasstrange but not too bothersome in the grande scheme. Then I discovered my soup had hairs in it? the only time we really receivedservice was when we approached the register to pay?. Naturally. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I rarely give 1 star reviews but this place is as bad as the one off of Eldorado in Frisco (for more... laughable experience read my review about that location). Ordered through the Doorsdash app for pick up and they never updatedthe status of the order. Tried calling them but the number went straight to voicemail. The spring roll is a big LOL as it was95% lettuce. The $17 combination fried rice was small and not worth the money. The chicken pho regular size is laughable asthe portion fits for a kid than an adult. The rice plate we ordered should have had a fried egg (we paid extra for it) that didnot appear in the box. But back up to the ordering process. Not only did they not update the order via app, but when I pickedup the order three men (I assume were employees or owners) were sitting down eating their own meals and took their sweet time toask if I needed help. I then asked about my order, one gentleman checked one of the bags on the counter and said ?it?s righthere? and just stood there. Couldn?t even to be bothered to actually hand me the order. We had the spring roll=2stars, pho dac biet=4stars/no cilantro/fresh bean sprouts/basil was soft, c?m bo lúc l?c=2stars/sauce... was salty but the beef pieces were small and not enough taste. Pho was good. The spring roll sauce was on the salty side, maybenot proportionately mixed well. Another location had good dipping sauce. Then c?m bo lúc l?c had more rice than the beefportion. I was still hungry even after eating 1 spring roll before the the main dish. Service was quick with the usualVietnamese restaurant demeanor...take order, bring food, pay at counter. Poor food volume, I ordered a large P17 fillet steak pho to go at $10.95 plus $1.50 extra. This is what I got, half rice box of... noodles AND 7 thin sliced beef. Pho at this place is okay. I like the noodles texture and the broth. Broth is flavorful and tasty. I got the special combination... Pho, which includes different types of meat, such as brisket, meatballs, rare steak, tripes, tendons, etc. Everything is goodexcept for the brisket and steak. They were very dry. Also, the basils weren't fresh either. The portion is okay, I got aregular bowl and it was a decent amount of food for me. Read more
