I went to the tennyson location in plano, after waiting for about 2-3 minutes in the drive through, a lady named (nicole) which... I'm assuming was the manager, took my order. I had ordered a sesame bagel with coffee. When i pulled up to the window the mademe wait some more and she said that if i could pull up to the spot in the front and i told her that i was on a time crunch andshe assured me that my order was in the oven and that it will be out shortly. Couple of minutes later she comes out and tells methat they are out of sesame bagel (so i would like to know why was i lied to? And why she didnt just tell me that they are out,i could've chose something else) so i told her that i didnt have time to wait, and she had no problem letting me go without arefund. This is the reason why i always go to starbucks, yes u pay a little bit more but the quality of customer service ureceive is amazing. Panera needs to invest in hiring people who are not entitled and liars. This is absolutely unacceptable. Ifi could give no stars i would but unfortunately google doesnt let u give no stars. I come here almost daily, and the staff is always so friendly! All the drinks are so yummy, and I enjoy all the baked goods. The... blueberry muffins are particularly delicious. It's a good place to study or meet for lunch. Read more
I often order salads for lunch and dinner from Paneras in the area. While the food has been good, this location reliably runs... out of ingredients for their menu items and things become unavailable. They also barely fill up the salad dressing cups, is thisa cost-cutting measure? I choose to drive further to the Colony location. Read more

I placed an order online for delivery. Panera uses doordash so you have to pay for delivery and tip. Well, when I got my order,... it was the wrong order. I get that we are all human and everyone make mistakes, but I have an issue with a few things: 1. Whoever was responsible for PACKING the order, put the receipt on the wrong bag. 2. Doordash driver picked it up and didn't evencheck to make sure they got the right order. Because the oder they delivered even had a drink and there was not drink. Mythoughts for Panera: If y'all gonna be using doordash for delivery, please make sure that these drivers are checking the ordersbefore they take them. Maybe reach out to doordash and make them aware of it?!. Also, make sure that when your YOUR employeesare packing these orders, they are putting their receipts on the right bag for the right customer. This was a totaldisappointment. As soon as you come in the door, there are computers to place your order. There was not a person in sight. We finally found... someone & was told just to place our order on the computers. We were having some difficulty & she did come help. But then thecomputer continue to "think" when it was time to check out & so I just canceled it finally & asked the young gurl to take ourorder. Oct 2021: Back for weekday lunch of soup and sandwich. I got the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. See photo. Very good.... Weekday lunch hour was very busy for staff but there was no delay in our order. Most customers call ahead and do take-out. FIRSTREVIEW: First time at this new location. We have eaten at Panera at other locations in Collin county. Decor and menu is the samehere as elsewhere. Smaller facility as maybe they will not get as many customers as some other ones. Service was very prompt andmain dish was delivered to our table. Which we saved part of it for leftovers. Salads are large so be hungry or take some home.I posted some interior photos. Read more
