The associate couldn?t hear me when I walked in to pick up my order because she was in the back scrolling on her phone. My... pickup order wasn?t ready and they weren?t busy. What really prompted the negative review is that after putting down hergerm-filled phone, she didn?t wash her hands. She put on gloves to make my turmeric shot but the health guidelines require foodservice workers to wash their hands always. Sanitation is a consistent problem at Nekter. Read more
Lady with grey hair (owner I believe?) is very rude and seriously lacking in customer service. Her and the staff won?t bother to... even say ?hello/ we will be right with you? etc when you walk in, you will just be ignored. Staff seems annoyed to serve you,probably a trickle down from the owner?s poor attitude. Not what you would hope for from a place that serves $9 smoothies. Read more
I went here with a friend and I was happy to have a acai bowl!!! Everything tasted so fresh and sweet. I will come here again :)
Refreshing and delicious acai bowl. The granola added the right amount of crunch and texture without hurting my mouth. The... texture is almost like rice crispies. Even after mixing it into the blended acai it kept its texture. Also loved that fruitswere naturally sweet. Great portion size. Definitely worth checking out if you like acai bowls. Read more
This was that moment in life where you found something so new, so delicious that you can't believe you haven't tried it already.... My wife went into this place and I was telling her no thank you. That's okay it's not yogurt, I don't want any. I did what mywife always does when I buy something and she finished it off for me. This Nekter stuff is amazing.
