So, I?ll start by saying I absolutely love Nekter. I normally go to the location off of park and Preston, but took a different... route and this one was more convenient today. Boy was that a mistake! I ordered the same thing I always order from the app - theaçaí banana berry bowl, add goji berries, extra granola on the side. I walk in and there is one woman waiting and one walks inlike a minute after me. No greeting/acknowledgment of me since I entered. They give the first lady her order, then proceed toask the lady that walked in about a minute after me if she was there for pick up. Meanwhile, I?m still there with noacknowledgement. Anywho I finally get my order and leave. I get to work, there are no strawberries in my bowl and they did notuse the regular granola, this granola they gave me looks like a bunch of oatmeal. I called the store to let them know I was nothappy with the bowl due to the missing ingredients and the guy just said sorry and said nothing else. There was a moment ofawkward silence before I just told him ?alrighty, well thank you.? Really disappointed in the customer service and the order Ireceived this morning. Read more

Great drinks, unfortunately, I won?t be returning. While the girls at the counter were pleasant, I couldn?t help but notice that... I wasn?t greeted with a friendly welcome while other customers who were not black were greeted with a warm welcome. Ithought?hmmm?maybe I?m just being sensitive?.then I noticed that another black woman that entered the store was not greetedeither, however, the non-black person the store shortly after was greeted warmly. :/ Read more
This is my new favorite healthy drinks / snacks on the go! The staff is so attentive , nice, and friendly. Kendra in the picture... behind the most delicious PB&J jelly smoothie was so accommodating and made the best drink I?ve ever had! She even let us try itfirst to see if we liked the consistency / texture of it. Thank you so much for accommodating us. I highly recommend this placeespecially for vegan , gluten free, dairy free. The simple menu consisting of smoothies, juices, bowls and other things made it easy for us to pick the best items. From juices,... Recovery was a tangy and red concoction with a celery undertone with every sip. Highly-recommend getting ice with juices as theproduce isn't cold when juiced. The Pink Flamingo offered that bright pink color known of dragonfruit drinks, but missed themark for flavor. With the item average hitting eight dollars, we all expected a bit more uniqueness. A more enhanced menu withcreative concoctions and unique ingredients like wheatgrass and citrus zest would help Nekter excel in an otherwise busybeverage market. Below was my original review but man since they have had so much turnover at this location the QoS has gone down the drain! My... juices and smoothies come out weird with foam and the young employees here don?t greet you when you arrive and don?t care aboutcustomer service at all, but instead laughing and talking to one another. This franchise location can?t seem to get it togetherand I find myself having to go the extra mile to Park and Preston ???? (Management at this location really goes above andbeyond to make sure I?m completely satisfied & feel valued as a customer. This store has wasted so much of my time. I placed an online order on 9/15 which they charged me for. When I arrived to pick... it up, the power was out and they told me they were unable to make my bowl and wouldn't have power back for several hours. Ileft my name and order # there then as I was told I would be refunded. 11 days later and still nothing, so I call. The managertells me she will have my card refunded in 5-7 business days. that was 14 days ago and still nothing. I refuse to waste anymore time dealing with them so I disputed with my credit card company. At this point, its not about the $11 its about the shadyoperations of this store which I will NEVER again shop at. The location at Park and Preston, is much more consistent with theirquality and I feel certain would never be ok with practicing these kinds of shady activities. Read more
