the food... I had the cheddar bacon burger with avocado and mayo instead of bbq, way too much mayo, next time I'll ask for... less.. my husband had the Indulgent BBQ burger and I much preferred his over mine. I had the sweet potato fries and they wereamazing BUT their ranch is not the ranch for ranch lovers. So I didn't have anything to dip my fries in. The regular fries theywere stuck in between overdone on the outside and not done enough in the inside(much like In-N-Out's fries). The fry portionswere big enough to share one order which was a bonus. I will probably give this place one more try and update my review then. Mind you two burgers, with two fries and two drinks was about $37 so I did expect a bit more, but I would give it another trywith a bit more knowledge this time. Read more

I visited this past Sunday. I was absolutely craving an MDC, some chips, and a shake while watching some NFL. Unfortunately, I... received a nice shabby helping of indifference, derelict of duty, and unprofessional behavior from the youngsters behind thecounter. I have visited this location before with no issues. I always order the exact same thing. So, I came in, ordered as Inormally do and took a seat. A considerable amount of time passes and I have yet to hear my name called for a routine order. Inoticed an elderly man preparing what appeared to be online orders or perhaps app orders. I see a burger on a tray next tohim...just sitting there. I then looked towards the register to see 5 to 6 young men huddled together laughing and watching thegame. I blew it off, and figured I'd refill my soft drink and give a bit more grace and patience. Next thing I know, anotherfamily comes in, places their order, took their seat, and lo and behold what do I hear across the PA? They call that family'sname and give them their food. I then looked back up near the area where you pickup your order and I notice my burger stillsitting there on a tray. At that point, I approached the counter and asked the elderly man if there was some kind of issue withmy order - I explained that I had been waiting nearly 10 minutes and that I had noticed others who arrived after I did havingalready received their orders. The elderly man ignored me and continued making the online or app orders. Suddenly, one ofyoungsters watching the visiting with coworkers near the register - a Hispanic Male with a ponytail - comes up and rudely raiseshis voice saying, "You ordered chips, everyone else ordered fries - chips take longer to prepare!" Our last visit to Mooyahs in Plano, left us hungry and disappointed! It had been a favorite for a long time, but seems to be... slipping in quality control and also cleanliness. I have called and left messages as well, with no response.......between therock hard tomato, a bun that seemed to be soaked in liquid, and being told that we cannot eat in the restaurant on July 4, wewont be back anytime soon.
