This review is based on my experience ordering lunch, but most importantly, a holiday pie. (Okay, it was 2 holiday pies). They... said they didn?t have any ready, but could make them for me fresh in 12 minutes. I gladly accepted their terms. I ate my lunch,12 minutes later I had 2 perfect piping hot pies. [10/1E/2022] What an unpleasant experience with a male manager who worked here tonight. He seemed disgruntle. I don?t know why... he works here. He hates his job. I have never came across the rudest employee or I?m not sure if he was the manager here name is Pedro. I had a deal/rewards for... the 20 pcs nuggets with 2 fries and used the code at register. It?s also my birthday so they gave me another code but I didn?tknow I was only able to use 1. But the cashier entered it and it said I couldn?t. Which is fine. I was willing to cancel thebirthday treats and told her I would take the 20 pcs nuggets but I couldn?t pull the code back up because it was already used.He came up to me and told me to pay in full or come back tomorrow like I?m begging for food. Visited this location and received stale hard nuggets and cold french fries that had been microwaved! The cookies were broken up... into pieces called to speak with the manager. The manager barely speak English . This is ridiculous I need a full refund ASAP! Read more
The food is usually fresh here, but they often either leave something out of my order or give me a bad drink (for instance,... carbonated water). They will fix it, but sometimes, I'm too annoyed to return. Check your order before you leave. The serviceisn't always the best, & they often don't greet you or say thank you. However, there are a few workers who always greet youwith a smile. The drive-thru is also noticeably slower these days, but so is everywhere, so be prepared for the wait. Thefries will be worth it!
