Pulled up to the drive through speaker and was not helped. I backed up and pulled in again and still no service. I had yo back... up and pull into the other lane. The employee said the other person was obviously not doing their job. Spoke to the manager atthe window and just got an "I'm sorry". Little bit rediculous! If you don't want to do your job, kindly sit at home and don'twaste other people's time! Food was ok, but I will probably drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another location with betteremployees. Visited this am right at 10:30. Without checking time I said I wanted to order breakfast. Was told only doing lunch. (Since... when?). So I got a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Being only 10:30, you'd think the'd be both freshy made. Chickentopping was hard and fries cold.. Having been disappointed many times with McDonald's, I've always liked breakfast. So I order a 40 pieces kid rings up 2 x 20 pieces. I tell him they have a 40 pieces button if he can't find it could he ask... someone to help him. He argues with me I ask him again please get someone to help you. He asked if I was high and what is wrongwith me. I then ask for a manager. Tell her that her employee is very rude and could she ring me up for a 40 piece. She says wedon't have a 40 piece. The kids name was Angel and is a smart aleck. The manager and employee were both teenagers so not thatsurprising. Went to the another McDonald's and ordered a 40 piece. They rang it up with no problem. If you are not going totrain your employees at least teach them to not call customer names and insult them. Read more
Most of the time, the place is clean and staffs are friendly. But I am just not very lucky today that the size of the ice cream... and the amount of caramel is so much less than usual. ???? Read more
Visited this location Saturday evening and was treated horribly by the night manager pictured here. He refused to take my order... at the register, after already ignoring me at the drive thru?. For no reason. But he did service other Spanish speakingcustomers. I am black and feel his mistreatment of me was racially motivated. My children were confused as to why he wouldn?ttake our order and we eventually ended up leaving with no food. As I took his picture and told him I would report him, hethreatened to call the police?yes, please call the police so we can ask them why you?re refusing to serve black patrons. I havereported this incident to corporate and am waiting to hear back. The day crew is wonderful at this location but do not visithere in the evenings unless you?re Hispanic or you won?t receive service? Read more
I like taking my granddaughters to this McDonald's. It is always clean, not too crowded, and the service is great
