Went through the drive through. Had ordered a #1 which is a Big Mac .... well as soon as I pulled away to park in a parking... space to take a bite.... turned out they gave me someone else's meal that was a 5 piece chick nugget and large fries .... Iended up going inside to have them correct it because the line was wild and their chicken nuggets suck amd honestly this 5 piecelook yuck. After 10 minutes of being ignored standing Inside at the service desk (no line for orders). Guy standing there cornereyed me and ignored me hoping I'd go away. ???? this mcdonals is the worst I've ever visited, the people who are inside are made to wait too long, because the priority is... customers by car, ok but put more staff. The service in general is no longer useful since the pandemic, there are no longertomato sauce dispensers, they do not give envelopes of mayonnaise or mustard sauces, the happy meal toys are made of cardboard,the facilities are not very clean and in general the service is in complete decadence. I ask for the hamburger withoutvegetables and they give it to me with vegetables and sauce please, don't you think I was going to stand in line again to buy orchange it, plus there were flies! 50 dollars is not worth the money... I would like my money back for a new order of what I ordered Very unsatisfied with my... order...... I ordered a quarter pounder meal and I upgraded it to a large and my large French fries was only filled halfway sotechnically it was still a medium... But still got charged for a large... I also ordered a big Mac meal and ordered 2 sides ofthe big Mac sauce which I got charged for. It did not come with the 2 sides of Max sauce. my Burger barely has any sauce onit, it barely had any lettuce on it, and it is cold and completely dry. Then I ordered a large Chocolate shake, one mediumchocolate shake, and a medium strawberry shake. All 3 shakes were melted, It was like drinking milk ... Which did not tastevery good at all.. and they all tasted like strawberry shakes... the 2 chocolates did not taste like chocolate shakes... Alsoorder the 13 Chocolate chip cookies, Which arrived warm but the edges of the cookies are rock hard and overcooked... Great during the day but terrible service at night, especially for delivery drivers. Its supposed to be 24 hours and either I... have to wait 30+ minutes to get my delivery order or there's no one there at all! Ive had to cancel my order tonight because Icouldn't get the food and the bag was sitting on the counter inside. No one was there. Don't accept their orders, its a waste oftime. Read more
Arrived at this McDonald's at 3:00 a.m. there was a long line and it wasn't moving. I waited for about 15 minutes and finally... pulled around the window to ask if they were open. They advise they don't open till 4:00 a.m. for breakfast. I advised them thatthere's a big line and they should at least let the customers know that they're closed. Of course they didn't so I went aroundand told everyone in the line that they were closed that they could leave. This is very unprofessional of McDonald's staff totreat their customers and their delivery drivers that way. People's time is valuable. And it only takes 2 seconds to have commoncourtesy. Read more
