Had a rough start today but the gentleman that checked us out today was awesome!! Very customer service oriented, helpful and... had lots to offer regarding specials and promotions. This morning we ordered 2 big breakfast and 1 apple pie. After they got us the food we checked if everything was there but they... didn?t give us apple pie. I went in to get it they gave me it but still not surprised. We reached home and saw that there was 1hash brown and one egg. They were supposed to give two hash brown and Two eggs. Lousy service and to many flies inside the store, and the shift manager has no since of responsibility, McDonald's is not the... same as it used to be. They are serving under cooked food and not listening to the customers when they place their orders. Andget the pest guy out there to help get rid of the flies before people start finding flies in their food and drinks. Read more
Fails to get almost anything right, year after year. This location is hard for me to avoid given I've lived a few blocks from... it for 20 years. Once again today they proved they couldn't care less about the orders they hand out the window at thedrive-thru. I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal. I received the wrong coffee with the wrong sides, cold soggy hash-browns and anuncooked egg I had to throw away. And I only went there today because the McDonald's website specifically shows that they sellthe bacon and egg and cheese bagel at this location. They don't, and when I asked about that at the window the lady saidsomething in Spanish over her shoulder and walked away. And now they don't give you a receipt after they stick the card readerout the window at you. Perhaps they are trying to prevent people from calling the feedback number on the receipt andcomplaining.
