Went 11/6 with kids. Ordered 6pc nuggets happy meal because daughter wanted a Wakanda Forever toy. First they forgot to include... nuggets in the box, and then got a spaceship toy instead of Wakanda toy, was told ?that?s what we?ve got?. Huge disappointmentfrom my daughter! Read more
Super sweet staff but didn?t understand what I was saying. I purchased food earlier and got the wrong sandwich. I called ( what... ended up to be a different location unfortunately on accident ) and mentioned that I got the wrong thing. I come back after myshift at work and explain to the person through the mic what happened. He told me to pull forward to the second window, I don?tthink he told the people at that window what I had said. I told them about 3 times what happened and showed them my previouspurchase ( through my bank account ), and just told them I wanted what I ordered earlier since i didn?t get it, but I still paidfor it, and then I was going to additionally buy more. Still didn?t understand, got charged again for three sandwiches, I onlywanted one of the sandwich and to order other items. I just left because it was too frustrating. Read more
This McDonald?s is managed by clowns(I don?t mean Ronald). I personally wouldn?t eat this poison, have you watched the movie.... Regardless, picking up an online order for my friend.. order number shows on screen inside& said now serving. I looked aroundthe corner, bag is ready to go, but I stood there over 5 minutes trying to get someone?s attention. Finally I had enough havingto wait for dog food. I had to yell out ma?am 3x before the young lady with oversized nails that works with food looked up fromher phone screen. Looking annoyed with me, she slowly walked over and acted as if sloth is the new cool. Attitude central. Iworked in food industry over 15 years, dish, bus, server, bar, gm. If I had to work there, I?d fire everyone and start fresh..unfortunately I only worked at classy places..bottom line, if your thinking you want a burger, just roll less then a mile and goto In & out. The girl at the drive thru had a horrible attitude from the start. Rushed me through my order and when I went to pay, she... repeated my order and it was incorrect. I asked for no onions and she said "no pickles". So I corrected her and all she saidwas, "Yeah." SO, I assumed she may have just repeated the order incorrectly. BUT I still received a burger with LOTS of onionsand no pickles. She could care less about my order or her job. Chick-fil-A's line was longer but maybe I should've gone there.It's right next door and at least they would care. They wouldn't have gotten the ordered messed up in the first place. Read more
Every time I come here there is at least one person cleaning the dining area which is great. Could be timing but they keep those... floors and windows clean! I love it. Play area is open here which the kids love!!! Food has always been hot and as ordered. Read more
I've come here several times and the orders tend to be off a bit but I never thought it was worth reviewing, but when you order... a somewhat over priced, considering the place, vanilla latte and get nothing but milk....it worthy of a review. I've neverreally thought my order of half and half ice tea but getting just sweet tea was worth it a review Or when you order a burgerextra pickles and don't get it. Amongst other little things but really not huge . But seriously.....I ordered coffee large hotvanilla latte..the least they could have done was fake it. The one next to it is one I made at the office with cream....forcomparison. Read more
McDonald are pretty good the bread aren't soggy. Better improment. Taste better and the patty was thinker.
