In my international travels on business, I\'ve enjoyed tasty Chinese cuisine at fine restaurants. Some holes in the wall, but... delightfully tasty. Some of the best in Chinatown in San Francisco and New York. But finding the top Chinese restaurant in ourarea has been more difficult than the Dallas Cowboy winning a Super Bowl since Jimmy Johnson moved on.\n\nMah-Jong ChineseKitchen is a winner, at least based on the dishes I tried. Exceptional and authentic Chinese cuisine!! When we moved here from San Jose, we were disappointed with the restaurants that... claimed Chinese cuisine. Five years later we have found a gem! The texture of the xiao long bao is soft and delicate, the flavorprofile of the soup and meat is sweet and savory. The orange chicken was absolutely exquisite and aromatic. It was not stickyand syrupy nor tart. The yu Xiang chicken was delectable and full flavored. I am so pleased with the authenticity of the cuisineand the freshness of the veggies! What a Refreshing Experience! The food was so fresh and the iced tea was delicious. We ordered the combination lomein and the... sesame chicken. The chicken was all white meat and just crispy and perfectly cooked in a delicious sauce. We will absolutelyreturn. Our waiter Crazy Jack was perfect. We had a great meal and experience here. Since moving to the area we\'ve had lack luster Chinese food. And we have tried A LOT... of places... Mahjong is smaller and more intimate, serving great and extremely fresh food. We did not have one server, instead afew servers took care of us. With this style of service we were able to get what we needed when we needed it. Hot and sour soupis great, rangoons were so fresh and had real crab, and the orange chicken was delicious.
