On 1/17/22, I placed an order and paid for KFC via the KFC app. Received message that order was ready for pickup. When I got to... the restaurant drive thru, I was informed that the KFC part was closed and there was no chicken. I told them that I ordered andpaid via the app and it didn't say that. I proceeded to call KFC Customer Service. She told me that the charge would be creditedback to my credit card. It wasn't. The charge went through. Ordered KFC famous bowl was given someone else's taco bell order, waited additional 10 min before given my order. I don't know... what whoever made this was thinking but it was a 1/4 full bowl of water corn and peices of chicken. Went in to store showed themager and asked for a refund and a number for corporate or owner/operator, she offered to make a replacement, I foolishlyaccepted got my food and a phone number.
