Went through a drive through. I ordered a 16 piece family meal chicken only (oringinal). They said they did not have thighs. I... asked if they can replace the thighs with breasts. They said ok. Communication was really unclear. Picked up my stuff and wenthome. Found out I was given 15 pcs of drumsticks and 2 thighs. The oil used was really old too making the chicken darker thanusual. Terrible. I ordered online @ 11:04 and it said it'll be ready@ 11:10 and it was ready 11:06 why the complaint? Because the... chicken sandwich was supposed to be cooked to order and was ready ahead of time. Plus the chicken breast orders ( with fries)were cold and the chicken was burnt, like double fried. We traveled from Colorado for halal KFC chicken. We managed to get some on our first day we were in town. The young guy with... curly hair was very helpful explaining on the available halal chicken. Chicken on bone are halal. The 2nd time we went in themorning, it was very slow a little bit, i mean the service. But overall experience is satisfying. We waited 20 minutes just to get completely raw chicken. And when I say that I mean like actually completely pink and red on the... inside where not even the coating is fried. Only giving 2 stars because the service was good. Grilled chicken was cooked butbland. We tried to order over the phone but their phone has been broken for at least the past three months. Honestly this is our first time we have tried KFC in US as in India we had some bad experience. But we glad we have tried the... KFC today and cleared all my bad experiences. We had tried Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders combo, substituted mashed potato withpotato wedges. It is not that hot as we have expected but it tastes really good and chicken is juicy inside and crispy outside.Wedges were also really good. The best part is you?ll get your order within 5 mins. If there was negative ratings available then i would rate this negative 5 because this place sucked. Today while me and my... family were eating KFC for dinner, our entire order was messed up. Even if they got some of our order right, it wouldn?t matterbecause the thighs and legs tasted like raw chicken glued together. The fries tasted as if they took McDonalds fries and putchicken coding all over it. The drinks tasted flat, but the worst part were how rude the employees were to us. They charged usfor food that we didn?t even get, and didn?t even ask us for a refund. I hope that we will never come to KFC ever again, this isone of the worst fast food restaurant(s). Read more
