Sad! Came here with couple coworkers , saw the sign NEW MANAGEMENT ** but regretfully we still tried it out. I ordered the... Jungle burger- Mushroom Swiss burger As you can see in picture, no Swiss cheese and wookie a** mushrooms with no flavor that wasnot sautéed, and it was on side because he forgot. Burger meat HALF it?s usual size that my coworkers and I were use to forover 5 years. No fried eggs, sweet potato fries, or onions .. HALF THE MENU WAS GONE PEOPLE. Wouldn?t recommend. Read more
Where to begin,... from the start, we arrived at 5:45 and the OPEN neon sign was not on and there's a New Management sign. We... walked in, and it didn't have an inviting feel. It needs a lot of maintenance, place is run down, needs TLC, and a lot ofsuperficial clean-up. Soda fountain doesn't work so your only options are the soda cans and options are very limited.Nonetheless, we convinced ourselves to stay and give it a try. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries. My burger wassurprisingly good. Meat had flavor, patty was fair size and had a good 'home made' taste. Came with the chopped/shredded lettucewhich I always prefer. Thankfully I love mayo because it came with a good portion. But if you're not fond of mayo, I recommendgetting it on the side. The fries lacked flavor and weren't crispy. My husband ordered the fried mushrooms and they were awful.Some were still cold and frozen. We ended up throwing away. My daughter ordered the Hickory burger and it had too much BBQ sauceand the grilled onions in the burger were missing. She ordered curly fries and those weren't good either. They had anundesirable seasoning and odd after taste. I'll consider visiting again, if management changes. Read more
Sitting here as I type this. Came based on reviews that this place is good. They may have been under previous ownership but... whoever run it now should not be running a restaurant. We are patient people and found ways to understand waiting 30 oddminutes for our food. Where we have our issues are with the following. They didn't tell us until after we paid their sodafountain wasn't working and all we could get was a can of soda. (Whatever) After waiting 30 minutes for our food this is what wegot: cold not fully cooked fries, partially cooked bacon, over cooked Philly cheessesteak, kids burger that was wrong to beginwith replaced with a slapped together (with not fully cooked bacon as well). While here we also saw them send away severaldelivery drivers, other customers waiting even longer than us and the employees arguing in the back. Not coming back. Which issad. Good burger, freshly cooked and good sweet potato fries, just a little expensive for what you're actually getting. Nothing crazy... overpriced, and it most likely just has to do with inflation, but wouldn't be in my regular rotation just due to that fact - Ifeel like the burgers could be just a little bit bigger to make it a better value. Love the burger. But horrible customer service, because they don?t speak English, we have to request napkins because they don?t... have anything on the tables, no napkins no catchup, no mayonnaise, no salt and pepper, no utensils, no dishes. We have torequest it. I would take it to-go next time. The floor is very slippery due to the polish it?s not safe for heels. Some thewaitress are rude and some are nice. Read more
