I?ve ordered from this location for years. Quality is consistent, preparation is on time and prices fair. Restaurant is always... clean too. I?ve ordered catering orders with over a hundred sandwich boxes and lunch for myself. Doesn?t matter, these guys arespot on every time. It?s almost.. freaky. Read more

We placed an order for delivery to a conference and after an hour of waiting and several phone calls, we went to the store to... find that not only did they mark it was out for delivery but it wasnt even made yet. Receipt order was still clearly sitting atthe sandwich station. I can understand if they got slammed from the conference itself but a simple phone call to say we will notbe able to deliver at this time, would make a heck of a difference! Instead we were meet with excuses and lies on the driverjust returning from a delivery, the system not working right, and being bogged down, etc. Communication and responsibility forthe poor service would?ve made a difference in this review! However that is not what happened! They didn?t even offer a refundon the tip!! Read more
Very very very slow even when we?re the only customers in the restaurant. Tried to order a sandwich straight off the menu but... got lots of added veggies that weren?t on the menu. I just want what the menus say. Probably shouldn?t just redesign thesandwich behind the counter for fun. Very slow. This place used to be fast. Now it takes longer to get a sub sandwich than itdoes to get a Big Mac. That didn?t used to be the case. Very unpleasant and difficult lunch. Read more
