This was the best experience I have had at a jimmy John?s so I thought I would share. On March 31, 2022 I ordered 48 little... Jimmy?s at 12:40 pm and within 20 minutes the order was on its way to be delivered to the hospital. Did I mention that over halfof the sandwiches were special orders? I was so grateful and so was the nursing staff at Medical City Plano L&D to have a fastand delicious lunch when it had been an especially tough and busy day. Poor customer service. They show no interest in the customers and do not care. I walked in and didn?t even get greeted, just... completely went on with their conversation. Not even a smile or a how was your day. The service could be better, a smile goes along way. When I asked how their day was the woman said ?don?t even ask? like wow and didn?t even ask how mine was going. Read more
Ordered today for my lunch break at work. Mind you it?s busy, we?re freshly opened from CoVid 19 and I just moved from Chicago.... Anyway, delivery was okay at first but then I realized my drink was missing. Once I told the driver, without apology he tells mehe?ll be back in 10 min. Cool, whatever. 20+ min later he arrives with my drink and no straw. So now on top of missing my lunchbreak I have to run to my car to luckily find a straw. I work in customer service so yes I understand it may not of been hisfault but at least act like you care. I thanked this man and he didn?t even respond. Won?t ever be ordering from this locationagain. I understand being in a bad mood but that has nothing to do with a paying customer. Tighten up Jimmy Johns. We ordered a sliced pickle (as advertised). You have to pay extra for it regardless of your sandwich choice. Because of the... type of sandwich we ordered they refused to slice it and would only quarter it. Just cut the pickle anyway your customers askif they are paying extra for it anyway!
