This was the best experience I have had at a jimmy John?s so I thought I would share. On March 31, 2022 I ordered 48 little... Jimmy?s at 12:40 pm and within 20 minutes the order was on its way to be delivered to the hospital. Did I mention that over halfof the sandwiches were special orders? I was so grateful and so was the nursing staff at Medical City Plano L&D to have a fastand delicious lunch when it had been an especially tough and busy day. Poor customer service. They show no interest in the customers and do not care. I walked in and didn?t even get greeted, just... completely went on with their conversation. Not even a smile or a how was your day. The service could be better, a smile goes along way.
