Very fast service with a polite and efficient staff. It's a good place in a hurry or a pinch, but it is not the highest quality... of sandwiches. They are also good for delivery. Read more

Management is amazing but the service here with the drivers is a disaster every time. Missing food and super slow delivery.... Maybe heading to the location is better. I wouldn't recommend delivery. Read more

I used to order from another location online regularly. Never had an issue. Ordered this for my birthday sub, picked it up,... drove back to my office only to find zero meat. None. No mustard as ordered. No avocado. Called and they claimed to put a sub inmy account but nothing ever appeared. This location ruined it for the whole brand for me. Read more

We loved it here. Came several times a week. Sad to see it go downhill. Something changed recently. Won?t be back anymore at... this point. The lettuce was literally pink (which only happens several days after sitting). Along with other issues. We?ll missyou JJs. Read more

I ordered my food yesterday around 11 to be delivered at 12:15 but didn't get till 12:45. I tried calling the store but they... never answer and the delivery driver looked like he had been run ragged trying to get my food to me. I told him to please tellthe boss that if the order would be late then have the courtesy to call the customer to let us know. I shouldn't have to paynearly $20 just for 1 meal and delivery and tip if I'm not getting it on time. Read more

Terrible service! I left the store without ordering due to the SLOW AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. 2 guys in the cash and they couldnt... figure it out how to charge ONE CUSTOMER infront onf me for 15 minutes. This is not the the first time This is was the favoriteJimmy John's but they recently changed the staff and you can tell... previously this week I order to delivery... up to one hourin a none busy hour, at the end the order was incomplete. Definetly something change in management and not for the best. Read more

Never again. I'm done with Jimmy John's (at least this location). I placed order for immediate delivery at 4:28pm. Store called... and said they didn't have any drivers until 5:30pm. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but she didn't know how to dothat, so I had no choice but to wait an hour. REALLY??! But the order never showed up. I called the store multiple times between6:15-6:30pm, got yelled at by another employee, then he hung up on me - TWICE! I asked for the manager's name and phone number;he claimed he didn't know who manages the store. So I drove to the store at 6:30pm and demanded a refund. He said he didn't knowhow to issue a refund, but I refused to leave without it. Then he magically opened the cash register and refunded the sale. Thisis beyond absurd. Why not just disable delivery on the app if no drivers are available?! Very frustrated with this entiretransaction! Read more
