EDIT as of 1/11/2022: I am DEFINITELY a happy customer! Not only did I receive a Jimmy John's gift card from corporate in the... mail, Chad (the owner) provided me a meal on him (and delivered to my job!!!). I am definitely pleased with how this situationwas handled, by both Chad and corporate, and will be ordering from them again. Thank you Chad!! (4 Stars due to previousexperience) Would give 0 stars if possible! Not only did I order off of Doordarsh and not get my order, I called to let themknow, and it STILL wasn't delivered! I had to wait to get OFF OF WORK to go up there and get my order! To top it off, it wasn'tmade correctly! (Pictures Below) I will NEVER order from this JJ ever again! Doordarsh or NOT!! One of the better Jimmy John?s around. The limited selection of sandwiches works nicely as it?s easy to select something tasty... without having to wait a long time for them to make it. Food: Great tasting sandwiches that are consistent in quality. That?s abig plus. You can customize your sandwich, or course but there aren?t 100?s of options. Service: Food is truly made freakyfast. From order to ready in a few minutes, max. Highly recommend ordering via their app if you are picking up. I ordered a 16" "New" Turkey club combo and all it came with was a drink and my sandwich had only Turkey, lettuce and mayo.... First and last time I go to Jimmy John's. Read more
I started getting sandwiches from here since mid-2021. I always order online and pick up my order at the location. Everything... is exceptional. My subs are always fresh made exactly as I requested and ready when I get there. I feel like a welcome guestas the staff is starting to get to know me for the few seconds I'm in there. If you want a no contact order to pick up quicklyfrom friendly staff, then this is the place to go. Read more
*Edit. While we still enjoy JJ?s, a recent experience is cause for an edit and caveat: order on the app. We mistakenly walked... in, started to order. The two guys behind the counter did not ask us any questions, like ?do you want to remove anything oreverything on the sandwich?? When I looked at the guy and asked ?aren?t you going to ask how I want that?? I then proceeded tosay no onions, and the guy making the sandwiches makes a snide remark that ?this isn?t Subway ? and threw a sandwich in thetrash. I apologize and say we are spoiled by the app, as we pick and choose exactly the way we want our food. All that to saythe food was good, but we obviously hit a nerve. Visited a Jimmy John's for the 1st time. My experience was great, very fast & friendly service. I said it was my 1st time there,... what would they suggest and straight away got some helpful suggestions and ordered the #11 meal. I've never gone in anyrestaurant and left in less than 5 mins, but they did it. I literally ordered and before I could walk away from the register mysandwich was done. Best experience in a restaurant thus far for a 1st time visit. Thank you to the staff, I'm sure I'll be backfor another sandwich, it was so good and filling. This was my first time eating at Jimmy John?s. After starting a new job and noticing a few subs at the office I had to see for... myself. I ordered a #12 (turkey avocado ?beach club?). The first part is the drive thru. I mistakenly assumed it was like asubway and walked in. The second thing is the SPEED. They are fast! For about $7 it was a very satisfying sub. Ordered from today to give them a second chance. Not sure what the employees are doing inside there when are taking your order.... It's always missing something. I ordered a sandwich, pickle and cookie and only recieved the pickle and cookie. I ordered thenumber 16 and there was no meat on the sandwich.. I'm never placing an order again for delivery. These people can't take asimple order and get it right. Read more
