Not only did I receive a Jimmy John's gift card from corporate in the... mail, Chad (the owner) provided me a meal on him (and delivered to my job!!!). I am definitely pleased with how this situationwas handled, by both Chad and corporate, and will be ordering from them again. Thank you Chad!! (4 Stars due to previousexperience) Would give 0 stars if possible! Not only did I order off of Doordarsh and not get my order, I called to let themknow, and it STILL wasn't delivered! I had to wait to get OFF OF WORK to go up there and get my order! To top it off, it wasn'tmade correctly! (Pictures Below) I will NEVER order from this JJ ever again! Doordarsh or NOT!! One of the better Jimmy John?s around. The limited selection of sandwiches works nicely as it?s easy to select something tasty... without having to wait a long time for them to make it. Food: Great tasting sandwiches that are consistent in quality. That?s abig plus. You can customize your sandwich, or course but there aren?t 100?s of options. Service: Food is truly made freakyfast. I started getting sandwiches from here since mid-2021. I always order online and pick up my order at the location. Everything... is exceptional. My subs are always fresh made exactly as I requested and ready when I get there. I feel like a welcome guestas the staff is starting to get to know me for the few seconds I'm in there.
