This was once a good location, but not anymore. Went there today to get a sandwhich at lunch, the people working the register... were rude; not friendly or helpful at all. They seemed to turn up their noses at the customers. They had two people working theregister, and one guy working the grill (no one bothered to help him) so the service was very slow because he was cooking takeout orders as well as phone orders. I will not be going back to this location, I will find another one that is more friendly topeople spending their money there. Read more

Worst experience in any jersey mikes, very rude has 1 type of bread. Could care less about the customer. Will never return!!! ... Decided to go to potbelly in the same shopping center. Much better experience, much better sandwich. Avoid this JM's at allcosts. ???? This location won't be around more than another 12 months watch. Drastically under performing.
