Okay, just to start?they?d been putting a half-effort into my orders for quite some time, culminating in a really bad experience... one night. I couldn?t get anyone to answer the phone when I called, so I left a review somewhere else & got a sincere call fromthe new manager, Tim. We still waited about two months to try them again, and for two visits, our orders were splendid. Then,tonight, they got my bowl completely wrong. I get if you are running low on stuff. That said, please don?t put stuff on that Ididn?t order. I didn?t order banana peppers or cherry pepper relish, though I?m they were ordered on the 2nd bowl & undereverything. There was also no bacon or Mayo on my #9 club. The bowls were sloppy & when they didn?t answer the phone, I retunedwith my bowl. I was not asked what I wanted them to do - just told me they?d refund me. Then, when I gave the young man acomment, he offered to re-make my bowl (but I heard at that moment they were out of lettuce). So, in the end, I had no dinner? Read more
Forgot the bacon on my Giant Club Sub, came back in for another Sammie a couple days was told "Owell I wasn't here guess you... should've called in huh?" Didn't care about it that much until you're a crass child about it. Read more

Ordered Mike?s Philly Steak! 1. Employees attitude sucks. 2. I ordered wt lettuce tomatoes & onions! He wrapped didn?t see him... put lettuce & tomatoes so he unwrapped & put the extra?s. When I got home, the steak not fully cooked, the sandwich was sosoggy. I prefer the one off legacy drive as they are friendly and do awesome sandwiches. Not returning to the Coit one. Read more
I love this place and go here often, but if I order online, over the phone, or with a delivery app such as Uber eats I can never... get my order as asked for. Today I ordered 2 sandwichs, one of which was asked for exactly as described on the menu. The secondone had 3 simple alterations made to it and only had 1 actually completed correctly and the special bread I asked for was on theother sandwich. LONG STORY SHORT: only eat this places food if your gonna go in there and tell them your orser or your taking alarge gamble to get your food the way you ask for it. Read more
My go to sandwich shop now that they are in town! Love the quality and fresh taste of Jersey Mike's. Have had quite a few of... their sandwiches both hot and cold. So good. Not disappointed yet and don't think I will ever be! My favorites are the turkey #7and ham #3. The tuna is also great as well as the clubs and hot philly's! Stop by for a taste treat! Read more
I was having a bad day and I hate to admit it, I was kind of rude when I arrived. The manager, asked how my day was and I said... ?does it look like I had a good day??
