Had to come here and drop some kind words for the guys today who got completely run over. It seems as though they were short one... guy which made a huge difference. On top of that the online orders were relentless with several large multi-box orders. It tookus nearly 45 minutes as walk-ins to get a sandwich. At one point another employee showed up and things began to speed up. Again,nothing but positive comments here guys. I have been coming here for awhile and you're always great. Gave it another shot at lunch rush after vowing never again. Gave it 10 extra minutes beyond the 15 minute wait for standard... pickup. Arrived, and as per usual, over 15 people waiting for pickup alone. Waited 10 more minutes for my sub to appear. Toobad, cuz I like Jersey Mikes. Read more

Have been coming here fairly regularly for a few years. Food has been fine and consistent. Normally I eat lunch closer to 11... but lately I've been stopping by during the normal lunch hour. There needs to be better organization for handling sandwichesbeing made between the online orders and the people standing in line. 10 people in line the other day and it was 28 minutesbetween walking in and walking out. Long stretches of time where they only made orders for online and ignored the folks infront of them. Not this badly, but all my recent visits have taken 15 min plus to grab a sandwich due to how few orders they'llfulfil for the people in front of the counter while they focus on the online orders. I?ve been here three times during lunch rush. Fast courteous service with fresh food every time. The line gets long during the... lunch rush so may want to try something else if you are looking for a really quick bite. Read more
