I had a coupon for a BOGO burger, and ordered a couple of tacos and a Dr Pepper to go with the order, in the drive through.... Imagine my disappointment when I got home and my order and it was missing my BOGO. In their defense they did offer to make itright if I came back up there. By that time my other burger would be cold, and why would I want to drive back to the Restaurantwhen my order should have been right to begin with. Read more
Rudest employee and worse experience I've ever had with jack in the box. Most jack in the boxs are great. This one used to be.... My best friend has worked for Jack in the box since we were teenagers off and on. She was a general manager and district managerin Idaho and I have a good amount of experience and exposure from many different states and cities. This sadly is a reflectionof how customer service has declined in some areas. I bought food and ice water. I had a cup from 7-11 with me and topped offwith some ice and your employer became so hostile and aggressive over ice. It's over a hundred degrees outside and I have towait for the bus to get home. Sorry if you don't want your customers to use your ice machine to cool down or get heat stroke ordehydrated. I won't spend my money here again then. So disrespectful and pretty heartless. Read more

We have been going to this JIB for years because it's near our home and the service has been great always serves fresh hot food,... but our past 3 visits the service sucks. JIB has always been good for we don't make until you order it, and this JIB makes itbefore you order it, they will serve french fries that are barely warm and wilted and barely warm food. Absolutely the worst Jack in the Box in the city. They take FOREVER to complete orders. You'll be sitting in line anywhere... between 30-60 minutes. Takes 20 minutes per car at times. Food is also mediocre at this location. Read more
