The drive-thru person was very rude and impatient. When I asked him to repeat since I couldn't hear well, he became impatient.... When it came time for choosing drinks, he very condescendingly told me there was no coke despite it being a common fountainbeverage. I'll never go there again. My all time favorite place to buy family meal tenders & mash potatoes & etc always is fresh , I do recommend golden chick .
Always gives me exceptional service, and the manager is very kind about hooking up my son's kids meals
The food is here excellent! Customer service is great! I work across the street from here and come here for lunch pretty often!... I never have to wait long for my food and they make sure my meal is prepared to my liking! Great quality food and service. Read more

Usually pretty good food and fast food. Customer service may not always be great but it?s very well worth it.... I came here... today 09/02/2020 and ordered chicken strips and somehow instead of gravy I got mashed potatoes. I called to let them know andthe guy asked me "well what do you want me to do?".. I nearly cursed him out with his smart mouth but I let it slide. Iunderstand that mistakes happen but he didn?t have to get smart with me... After 3 years of visiting here, I?m not sure if I?llvisit again. I love Golden Chick so I?ll probably continue to go to the location on Independence which is a better consistentexperience. And I didn?t get any straws for my 3 drinks. 07/04/2021? Came here and ordered chicken strips and gravy.
