Burger and Cajun fries were ok but not worth $18. Patties were dry and I had a giant clump of seasoning at the bottom of the fry... cup for some reason. Usually its too good, its my favorite burger place.. but this night was different.. fries too salty and oily I couldn?t finish... my portion.. no good customer service.. talking on top of opened food.. kitchen was full of fries on the floor and so many otherdetails.. hope next time call you would have totally better experience. First time here. I was impressed with the food overall. Fresh ingredients and made to order. Burger was very good. I got a... double cheeseburger with mustard and jalapenos. The jalapenos were raw so they had a nice kick but there were only three on theburger. Also, the patties were pretty small. They are a little stingy on the toppings. The fries were some of the best I've everhad and I don't even like fries that much. I like that they are cooked in peanut oil. I was disappointed they didn't have onionrings, however. The dining area is no frills and could have been cleaner. My pants hems got a little nasty from the floor. Theladies room needs a good scrubbing. They have a small outdoor dining area that looked pleasant. Some of the music they wereplaying was dreadful. Employees are adequate at their jobs but not overly friendly. Menu is very limited. Prices are too highfor what you get. Overall, I think they're overrated but I might be willing to go back. Read more
Absolutely one of the best hamburgers that I've ever had in my life. I am 72 and I've had a lot but that was just delicious the... fries were great. I was starved we had just finished a church conference down the street and everything was closing and Inoticed their lights still on so I said just pull over there and let's stop. I had never eaten there but it was amazing. Now theprices are a little high oh we got two burgers which is tomato and onion and pickles on it I got cheese, and two drinks andfrench fries and it was $34.10. That was pretty pricey I thought , That is just in case you're wondering and have a largefamily. So it was a double-meat burger I did not know that. But it was extremely delicious. Read more
$64 for four people at a "fast food" restaurant!? Sure they are good but less than 5 minutes up the road is a place that is... just as good for half price. (One and only burger) Read more
I always forget whether I normally get a bacon cheeseburger or if the little bacon cheeseburger is enough for me. My wife and I... each got the little bacon cheeseburger and it was definitely enough. The only difference is the normal size has 2 pattiesinstead of 1. Food tasted great and fries were fresh and hot. We asked to split the fries 50/50 normal/Cajun seasoning, so theyoffered to give us the seasoning on the side. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because they forgot A1 sauce on myburger, but they were very friendly when I went back to ask for some on the side. Read more
Good customer service, but burger was bland and fries weren't well done as requested. An almost $17 meal is too much to go to... waste so took the fries home to pop 'em in the oven. Ate as much of the burger that I could then trashed the rest! ???? Read more
I love five guys but it?s a little frustrating when the last three times I have been to the location they have messed up my... order. Toppings on my burger that I didn?t ask for, missing things from my order. While I?m complaining about my order beingincorrect my food is getting cold, this is the closest location to my house but at this point I?d rather drive to a furtherlocation. Then the employees look at you like you?re lying or just trying to complain, like no sir.. I?m not trying to bedifficult. I just want my order correct especially when I?m paying $35 on two burger meals. I wouldn?t be complaining if thiswas the first time either. This is literally been the last three times I have been to this location. I feel as if I need tostand right there by the counter to make sure they?re making the order correctly.
