Horrible experience here! Definitely will never come back! Not talking about the restaurant itself but the Old Lady working at... the front desk. When we said we wanna do take out instead of dine in, her whole face showing mean and angry in just a second.While we are talking to her about what we are gonna order, her eyes are only focusing on her phone the entire time instead ofus. And the way she eyes at customers is full of dissatisfied. Even though you are not a server or not taking tips, that isabsolutely not the altitude you should have at any of the working fields. No offense, I hope this Old Lady is simply just anemployee there instead of a boss lady. Read more
Nasty place with ZERO service! I ordered a rice cake and specifically said NO bean sprout since I’m allergic to it. Order came... full of bean sprout, had to throw it out. I actually weighted the dish, bean sprout came out heavier than rice cake. (Becausebean sprouts are way cheaper) CHEAP PEOPLE GROSS ME OUT. Read more
We ordered 2 dishes - one braised beef rice noodle and one Yunnan House Special Rice Noodle for lunch. The beef rice noodle was... ok, but the Yunnan rice noodle was somehow not great as the restaurant used packed marinated chicken, which tasted fake and notfresh. The staff was somehow grumpy on that day and we don’t know why, so we just left as soon as we received our packed food. Read more
Service was okay. The dishes are large enough for 2. The Dan Dan noodles was very good, if you like spicy food. The lamb dish we... got was very good. Very authentic Chongqing Restaurant. It’s one of my top 2 restaurants. The portions are big and the price is quite affordable... (even cheap) by comparison. They also provide hot pot and it’s good too! The food there is way worth the money. The owner andhis family are nice and friendly. They also provide great services. Great place to dine-in or to-go with friends and families.The owner isn’t good at English, but the English menu is available. It’s an absolute must-try. Read more
Good authentic Chinese restaurant. Specialized in hot pot. Not all you can eat. They gave you a standard soup base pot with... spicy and non spicy separation. Then you order meat/ veggies. Meat/ veggies come in sticks. Approx 50 cent per stick. We spendaround 20$ for 2 person here. Great experience. Great taste. Friendly service Definitely will come back. Highly recommended! Read more
This is a hidden gem, in all of Asian restaurants in Dallas Plano area. The flavors are very authentic and stick with the... original. Best quality to price ratio. Perfect for family dining in, date, eat alone, and take out home. Everything we orderedtaste delicious. Read more
Bad experience with recent order. This restaurant maybe currently owned by a different owner. The dishes have no taste by just... putting some sauce in and one dish was charged $2 more than the menu price. Won’t go back again. Read more
