Good luck getting in touch with this store and corporate being any help at all. We used them as a business caterer for months... and they recently raised their minimum orders. Completely fine, everyone is raising prices, however a $400 minimum for a donutcatering service is obscene. Called the store multiple times, phone line does not work. Website help service chat? Doesn't work.Corporate office then tells you: " there is no way for us to connect you directly to that location. You will have to send anemail and someone will reach out to you within 72 hours" funny, I sent an email on Friday and here I am on Monday with ZEROcommunication. We will no longer be doing any catering business, especially when the local donut shop answered immediately andwas more than happy to provide us with consistent catering. Can?t call them because they leave the phone off the hook, so all you get is a fast busy signal for hours on end. Milkshakes are... all milk with lost flavor ice cream. Bland chocolate milk consistency. Employees clearly aren?t enjoying working there and itshows. Read more
This place is very convenient and at a good location, but unfortunately the people running it have no clue as to customer... service nor business operations. I came here before during non-peak hours with no one else in the store. I had my kids (12&15at the time) order and pay for themselves as to let them get some adulthood practice. The older lady ended up yelling at themfor being indecisive and asking too many questions. I stood from afar and saw the interaction and held my tongue. After weleft the store, I explained to the kids what was learned here? they have to be ready to order when they are at the counter, bepolite (the kids were) and ask relevant questions and be ready to act on the answers. I also explained that they were not atfault and we were not going to be visiting this establishment any more. Follow up to this morning. We stopped by for coffee (Ibut my tongue again and swallowed my words from before). I let my kid (16) go in to order and pay for it while I waitedoutside. After 10 minutes, I came inside and saw that he was still waiting for his coffee. I basically told him out loud thatthis was not acceptable. 10 minutes for coffee because a kid ordered it and you have other more important orders to tendto? Fool me once, shame on you. Read more
More like Dunkin DONOT! This is the worst service I have ever recieved in Plano TX.. I ordered online, almost the last customer... of the night. They forgot half my order. The man that "works" here threw all the donuts away before he could complete my onlineorder. He didn't want to help once he realized I had been watching him the whole time he even helped walk up customers beforeeven trying to help me He is very unprofessional! He will even flip you the bird if left no other option, he sure wont apologizefor his incompetance. While I was watching for the 10 min I was there I seen so many health violations. The lady cleaned thecounter with a rag that she then used to clean the food utensils with, I dont know where she was reaching into to get ice for mydrink but im pretty sure Ice containers do not belong on the floor. I can not believe the way things are being done here. I wasalmost refused service because I pointed out the errors. Sad, sad, and just sad situation, these two employees should beconsidered a liability. You got to do better!! Read more
Clean and everything was stocked! Great location compared to others I've visited recently.
Zero stars if possible. Stood in line for several minutes with no other guests in the store, the lady was on the phone and... said the man would help me. I ordered my bday drink, received wrong drink. Ordered powdered munchkins, they were stale, neverhad a stale munchkin before, it was pretty bad. He fixed my drink, with an eye roll. I told the lady I wanted a refund for themunchkins, she said the man would help me, he said how? So she refunded my munchkins and proceeded to keep the sales tax that Ipaid. I pointed it out to her, i was charged 2.70. She tried to keep the .20 cents. Will never go back to this location. Read more

This was my first time trying the donuts at Dunkin and we loved most of the assorted donuts we tried. My favorite was the... Chocolate Frosted Cake donut. I highly recommend trying their Boston Creme donut as well. Read more
