I come here every morning and most days in the afternoon. My order is always right, in fact when I pull up to the speaker and... say good morning they already know it?s me, I don?t have to tell them what I want they already know. They?re always happy &friendly. They always say good morning. Also if your order isn?t right or something is wrong, they are happy to fix it. MissKaren is by far my favorite. As a die hard Dunkin customer and lives within 1/4 mile from this store, it is absolutely horrible. They constantly find a way... to mess up the order. Our normal coffee is ?cream with 3 Splenda? and they find a way to mess that up. It?s gotten to the pointwhere we just ask for black coffee, come home since we live so close, and add cream and Splenda ourselves. And they can?t evendo black coffee right. Today is the second time we brought our black coffee home and coffee grinds are all over the inside. Read more
As originally from New England and growing up on Dunkin's, it pains me to say that this is the absolute worst breakfast shop... I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only place I can find in the area with acceptable donuts so I've been going every weekor two for years. Here's the list of problems and I highly recommend going elsewhere unless there's absolutely no otheroption. 1) The order is ALWAYS wrong. You order a chocolate glazed donut you'll get chocolate frosted. You order a sausage eggand cheese sandwich and you'll get egg and cheese only. Order blueberry cake donut and you get blueberry muffins. Make sure youALWAYS check every detail, even check if your sandwich has meat because I promise it will be wrong. 2) Employee attitude isabysmal. They'll blame you every time, even though they've got my order wrong at least 100+ times and I'm not exaggerating.Almost every one of them should be fired on the spot, it's that bad. Look at the other reviews and you'll see what I mean. 3)The inside is ice cold. I'm not joking when I say you should bring a hat and winter jacket even in August. It's so cold thatcondensation flows down the walls and windows like a river, I'm surprised they don't have mold yet. 4) Did I mention thatthey'll get your order wrong every single time, and blame you for it? 5) Coffee is gross. It's not the same formula they use inother states and is disgusting at this location. 6) Egg also seems to be different and is chalky and flavorless as compared towhat you can get elsewhere in the country. I love Dunkin Donuts as a chain, I hate THIS Dunkin's. A good use for this locationis you can recommend this place to the people you hate most and smile knowing you ruined their day. Read more
I didn?t get their names but 2 ladies help me with my order (one had long blonde hair and the other wore glasses and had long... black hair) they were absolutely astonishing with their quick service and excellent customer service! This Dunkin location needs improvement. Top priority should be giving customers great customer service, or at least try, making... them want to come. Everyone has bad days, but no one will like to hear on the drive thru speaker someone rushing them to finishordering, and asking in a rude way, "anything else?" Rude person on speaker.
