Not only is the food incredible, but the staff is as well. They immediately noticed it was my first time at this location and... they were so kind and welcoming. The manager walked over to my table to introduce himself to me and also gave me a free desertsince it was my first time! AWESOME customer service!!! You hardly see good customer service these days, and you can tell thisstaff goes above and beyond to ensure great service! Highly recommend!!!! This neighborhood Dickey's is our family go-to whenever we want some BBQ. The staffs are always nice and friendly and today is... no different. I had a tiring day, and my mind just not functioning all that way after work. I feel so bad because I had to keepasking the person to repeat his questions as I just can't hear things properly. The manager, Juan#1 (yes, I know, that's whathe said so that customer can remember his name, LOL) was very patient while waiting on me to taking my order. AND he gave me afree large drink with my order because he just want to make things better for me after my long day. That's super nice of him forthe extra thoughtfulness. ???????? Read more
I've never been to a Dickey's BBQ. My business partner and I stopped in to grab a late lunch. I had the sliced brisket sandwich... combo with coleslaw. The coleslaw was simply just not good. I can't describe why, but we should probably leave it as "just not good". The sandwich would have been better without the sauce (and I'm a BBQ sauce LOVER!) My opinion is that the original saucehas a very "sour" taste to it. I tried the other sauces and just didn't like any of them. Hard to find anything wrong here! I jumped at the option for the brisket tips and while I don't typically like Cole slaw, theirs... goes really well with the meat! Was a fantastic 4th of July BBQ fix ???? (my photo of the meat was bad ????) Read more
The meat was so juicy and tender. I had the sandwich meal and it was so much food! Probably the best Mac n? cheese I have ever... had. The staff was very courteous & friendly. We had a larger party of 15-18 and they accommodated us with such friendliness. Ienjoyed it very much :) Read more
The Mac & Cheese was really good. Very creamy with a solid cheesy texture. Tried some chopped brisket. Tasty, but a tad too... greasy. I don't usually like pulled pork at most places. Pork can be very greasy, but this restaurant somehow makes a versionthat isn't greasy. It's flavorful and perfect. It's exactly what you want pulled pork to taste like. Read more
