Never going here again. I ordered the Westerner with Extra Meat and a small side of BBQ Beans. The Beans where Nasty as Hell... they where hard undercooked. The guy charges me $23 and my Westerner that is supposedly to have Extra Meat has more Fat thenMeat. I will go to the Dickeys in Richardson much Cleaner better service this place has bein slipping for awhile now and thatwas it for me. Not paying $23 for Fat and undercooked Beans don?t know who is doing there cooking but they can?t cook Mac andCheese nasty too. Don?t waist your $$$$$$$ Read more

Was looking forward to enjoying some BBQ for an early dinner. We drove to this location because a previous Plano location visit... was disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy, we ordered/received our food and when it came to the drinks wesaw a stack of foam cups. When we asked the young lady at the counter where the yellow cups were, she responded that therestaurant charges $3.00 for the yellow cups and asked if we wanted one? We said no as our meal was already at $11.99 perperson for a sandwich and (1) side and a drink (that should have been served in a yellow cup). What made it frustrating wasthat the customer behind me also asked about the yellow cup and was given the same response about price. After her refusal totake/pay for it, the lady at the counter gave in and said, go ahead and have it, the customer then replied with, "Are yousure?"...I was within arms length of the customer behind me as I was waiting for tea, since the tea container was empty. Whenthe young lady returned with filling my foam cup with tea, it was completely watered down with no flavor at all. When I went tothe drink machine to try something else, there were only a few selections of soda flavors and each of those were also watereddown. I suppose they weren't putting in the needed syrup to get the right consistency. I get it, places are hurting and peoplecut corners to save here and there, but when I choose to take my family out to eat and spend my hard earned money, I expect tohave a good quality meal and drink. The icecream from the icecream machine was questionable as well. It was a heartbreakingvisit to say the least and at $56.25...our meal didn't sit well. You guys need to get it right and do better. The burnt ends were not, instead fatty brisket that was gray. The ribs very dry. Only ate because work ordered it. Pretty bad... when the best part was the cucumber salad. Need a new pit master! Read more
