Great atmosphere and a chill spot for brunch. The staff was super attentive & drinks were top notch! The food tasted good as... well. My only suggestion is for the food to be served on plates instead of mini charcuterie boards to provide more safety for usmessy eaters. Read more
Celebrated our friend's birthday with bottomless mimosas, great food, and live music. The service was great. Nice place to... drink, talk, and laugh out loud. Mimosa options: orange, peach, passion fruit. The most popular for our table was the peach. Iordered blackened shrimp on eggs. Comes with seasoned potatoes, a salsa, and hot sauce. My friend took me here while I was in town and I was genuinely blown away!! The daiquiris were great, the food was amazing (and... it came out very quickly), & the staff and owner were awesome! They were very attentive to our requests and extremely polite.Also if you’re a sports person like me, it was very nice to have the multiple tv’s to watch the games. Definitely check thisspot out!! My husband and I visited for the first time for Sunday brunch. Daq's is a nice, quaint spot with outside sitting available. We... sat at the bar as we didn't have a reservations and the table wait was 90 minutes. Daiquiris are great. We had a flight for $15(4 samples) and shared the brisket flatbread which was delicious!!! Total with tip about $35. Contact less ordering. You use aQSR to pre order and pay prior to being served but even with that it was a great experience. Service was fast, which weappreciated. Live music and ambience were great. Do recommend reservations so you can get a table without the wait time.???? Give our experience 4 of 5 stars. Area of opportunity, improved consistency with staff friendliness. It was hit or missdepending on who you came in contact with. Hostess during our visit was an older lady with blonde hair who was not very friendlywhen we walked in but the servers were friendly. Okay, so I LOVE Daq’s and have visited several times since I moved the DFW. However, I don’t recommend here eating alone (as... in, it’s not their selling point in my opinion). Portions are on the smaller side, over-priced, and the food is hit-or-miss..Now, when it comes to drinks, environment, and music, it’s one of my faves (and I believe it’s Black-owned). Service isusually great, unless you call ahead and do curbside (no one ever came drop my food off. I called and texted with no response,and had to go to the drive-thru - that was kind of annoying). I’ve just been so disappointed with my food the past few timesI’ve gone. I usually order the shrimp Alfredo flatbread (1 for $16.99 , the stuff jalapeños (2 for 8.99), and today I triedthe stuff mushrooms (4 for $8.99). I have been here a few times for brunch, and I must say each time it never disappoints. I recommend that you make a reservation... and enjoy great food,drinks, amazing service. Nice little spot for grown up crowd. Very cozy environment. Vivid colors and great decorations. The restrooms are kept very... clean and nicely decorated as well. Nice for a business meeting or afternoon hangout. The associates were welcoming and veryhelpful. The food arrived at your table in about 10 minutes. And my favorite part of all, they were playing 90's RnB. So thisplace brought me back to my teenage years and the daiquiri was helping a great deal. Read more
