I just went through the drive through. I ordered the hunger buster combo with cheese, a root beer, & ?EASY ON THE MUSTARD.? i... also ordered a butterfinger blizzard and a small order of onion rings. I had to throw about 1/2 of my hamburger away because itwas drowning in mustard. This is the second time this has happened to me at this Dairy Queen!! Does the cook look at the orderor does he/she just decide I will get what they want me to have. I live very close to this DQ and would eat there morefrequently if I didn?t have to worry about this kind of thing happening. And to top it off I gave about a 30% tip!!! Read more
Usually pretty fast, this trip there was a small supply chain issue. Lids on blizzards! They don't have to be the dome ones. I... don't mind them scooping a little off the top to put on cup lids. But on a to go order in Texas in the summer lids would benice. Read more
I?d rather you be honest about what you are willing to cook at 9:20pm then give me this terrible watery gravy. We chose to come... here because we love Dairy Queen and although they claimed their ice cream machine was broken and that?s why they were closingearly at 9:30pm we decided to order food since we had just left the hospital and had not had dinner. Usually when food placesare about to close my husband and have a rule to just leave because normally this happens poor service. But we were hungry andtired. Other mentions our toast was old too. I just had one burger and the bread was soggy, they say they toast the bun. They re did my burger and I just don't understand... why they meat look so process, the other side of the meat looked grilled, I didn't even finish the meat and I didn't want to goback inside to get my money back.. Came to this location today Friday August 13th, and was very disappointed. Management was terrible. I kept asking for a simple... burger with just meat and cheese and Jalapeño ranch. But they somehow managed to mess the order up 3 times. My friend and I had paid for our food and eaten, we were sitting at a booth and talking when one of the employees came over and... passively-aggressively pointed out the exit letting us know where it was. According to the store hours it was nearly 4 hoursbefore closing, so we knew timing was not the issue. We are both visibly Muslim and wear scarves, and while there was anothercustomer sitting in the dining area, the employee came over and had let us know that exclusively.
