I warn anyone wanting to eat this cicis pizza, to not ever come here. I thought I would get food poisoning for not eating fresh... food and also there was barely any food coming out only pepperoni. I came there to eat, I was really hungry and all I could eatwas cold, stale pizza and only pepperoni pizza????. My husband asked twice when the befalls chicken pizza will come out and thestaff kept lying that it will came out and it never did. They managed to make fresh pizza for takeout but nothing for dine it. Iwaited for a whole hour for new brownies or even try the new pumpkin spice cinnamon roll but nothing came out! The browniestasted like they were sitting there for 3 hours and the confectioner sugar was even dissolving showing that it was not fresh. Igave this restaurant a second chance to redeem themselves but they failed and I will never come here again! This is by far, the worst cicis I have ever been to. And I've been to quite a few over the years. For starters, my first... experience with this place was last year. It was probably about an hour before closing. Yet we were not allowed in. Even thoughthere were other people still inside, eating. Present day, i recieve a message saying for a limited time, dine in buffets atcicis locations were 4.99. Wow, what a good deal, let's go to cicis, I love cicis! My aunt and I arrive, go the the counter,she pays for herself, and I go up. I ask. "So I got a message saying that Mondays and Tuesdays were 5$?" She says "uh,4.99$" "Oh sorry, then yes I would like one adult buffet please" She nods and rings me up, I get my receipt. 11.08 Huh? Thedrink is 2.25. Why is the buffet 7.99? And yes, I know it's not a big difference, and normally I wouldnt care at all. But when Iask about it, she says that I had to show her the coupon. And that it was too late to change it. Why in the world did she nottell me before ringing me up? It seemed pretty obvious to me that I was expecting the discount, so why not let me know? I admit,I should have read the details of the message, that Is completely my fault and I understand. But I asked about it and she didn'ttell me important information. Another point. Is that there was hardly any pizza at all. Perhaps I arrived at a bad time.Understandable. Though, there were hardly any people there. We waited for a long time for some warm pizza. I requested apersonal pizza for my table. We waited nearly an hour, even after reminding them. Then they just put the pizza on the buffetline. I was frustrated. But fine, as long as I get my pizza.
