I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in about three decades. Times have changed. No more ball pits. No more animatronics. Chuck... E. Cheese is basically an arcade now. They have a smaller toddler section and they also have games for older kids, teenagers,and adults. (They even serve beer!) I had their generic salad bar and cheese bread. Both were okay. JayWon and Emily were great during my recent visit. Super pleasant but watching them stay busy, keeping napkin dispensers full,... counters cleaned, prizes stocked and customers happy was super refreshing. Gives me hope for the destroyed service industry.They are worth more than whatever they are being paid. I?ll return because I see they are willing to put in the work to makesure the kids are enjoying themselves, staying safe and keeping the place very clean! Keep up the good work guys! Read more
I was excited to bring my 3 year old here to have some fun and enjoy some pizza with her, but I left really disappointed. The... prices are ridiculously expensive. I paid almost 50 dollars for a LG pizza and like 6 wings smh. Ontop of the play card withanother 30 dollars so she can play. I understand the games being expensive but to go and find out some of them are broken andthere's not much to do or play is sad. Why are they charging so much if they can't even afford to keep the place up to date notto mention the prizes they give out. Those prizes are cheap and old like the candies taste old. I was extremely disappointedwhen I saw my wings and thought I could of just gone somewhere else for a more reasonable price. I will be taking her somewhereelse from now on, it's not like Charles is any fun, he just comes and makes a lap around the place and leaves. I remember himbeing more fun. Read more
We came here for a friends birthday party and really liked the cloakroom. It seemed very clean and there?s lots of great games... for all ages. The all you can okay for 2 hour is a great birthday party package that I would highly recommend! It?s nice thatthe kids are well entertained in a safe space that?s easy to see and keep track of where they are at all times. The birthdaydance and sing along was a nice bonus too. This Chuck E. Cheese seemed very clean and well maintained I would recommend this ifyou are looking for a small child?s birthday venue. Read more
The kids had a blast. I was able to have a party of 20 for under $300. The waitress was awesome, very helpful, and prompt. I... wish I remembered her name, because she was awesome! I only wish the location was bigger. Read more
Clean (even when busy they try to keep up), more like the modern look, a great experience! If you go during a busy time, of... course there might be a wait for a game, a bit of a longer wait for food, and kids full of energy running around? that?s what akids? fun place it?s all about ???? Read more
I always enjoy my time there, however this most recent birthday party the service wasn't the best, I'm not going to say terrible... but definitely not above and beyond. I don't like the fact that they hound you at the end of the party and say if you ratetheir service a 10 they will give you so many thousand points on the spot (basically paying you off to give a 10).
