Ok, not sure what?s going on, but this is the 3rd time I come in here, before 8pm, and they are out of white rice and am told... they will not make anymore. Restaurant closes at 10pm??!!? Ordered 2 bowls and got miserly servings by an unfriendly server. Got 1 bowl of food (2 half bowls) for the price of 2. We are... paying for the food! Be generous with the servings. Staff at this location needs to be trained to be friendly, courteous andmake sure the customer gets what we pay for. We shouldn't have to ask for more, give us what we pay for! Read more
This is the best chipotle in our area! There is another chipotle location that?s actually closer to us, on Park Blvd and Plano... Pkwy, but it has consistently been out of ingredients with poorly managed staff, so we take the extra few minutes to come tothis location. It?s fast, efficient, and the ingredients always taste so fresh! We are regulars at this location! Read more
This is my to go place. It's the best tasting Chipotle around. The problem.... everytime they put less and less food. I had to... buy 2 bowls for my 13 y/o. Literally one bowl had 6 pieces of chicken. I see many other reviews about this. Read more
Food was tasty but they didn?t give enough to feed much of anything. Not much of anything. I think their scoops have holes in... them that let all the food fall out. Absolutely scammed at this dreadful location. The kid who scooped my rice for my bowl only did ONE scoop. I never have seen this... before as the one in another location always does like 2 or 3. What can you say. Chipotle is delicious. Get the chicken burrito with white rice and pinto beans. The only reason I give it 4... stars instead of 5 is because their prices continue to be raised year after year. Chicken burrito used to be about $6.00 and nowit?s $8.00 something. It?s still a decent deal for the size of burrito you get but still if they could find a way to keep theprices down I would frequent Chipotle even more. Read more
