pick up orders via the Chipotle app takes longer!! than actually hopping off the car and wait in line- The lady working on the... to go area Made eye contact with me as soon as I got there. She helped other customers before even asking me about my order- Iwas patiently waiting and got there before them, I was seriously thinking "She's probably working on my order... WRONG-!! Theydid not know what I've order online. Lack of organization , customer service SUCKS -FOOD WAS COLD horrible experience- Overall-Placed my order at 10:39am "PROMISED" TIME was 10:50AM did not received my food until 11:20am. Read more

Honestly, this place is just hit or miss, not consistent AT all. The rice never has lime or cilantro and the meat always has fat... on it and is half cut. Do not recommend this location. It doesn?t matter what time of the day you go, it always low quality!! Read more

This is the "quesadilla" my husband picked up for me. I wanted a steak quesadilla, sour cream, white rice for the sides and... chips and queso. It looks like a kid size sad taco. When my husband asked for a regular/large quesadilla, they said they can'tdo it. He can't even add another one because it's "not their policy" to do so. They just kept refusing my husband. Read more

Don?t go within an hour of closing. Apparently they stop putting out and preparing food (beans, meat, sour cream, etc.). Tonight... no more black beans, meat, or sour cream. They also stop rendering good customer service as a prerequisite for closing too. I?dlove to speak with the regional manager, as I doubt that this restaurant is following general protocol. They also stop rollingburritos properly at 9:20, and will pack them full of lettuce because that?s an ingredient that will still be stocked. If youwant a full meal with all of the available ingredients come before eight. Read more

So I usually love chipotle, but this one store was disgusting. The lady on the line was coughing without covering her mouth... around the food and didn?t change her gloves afterwards. Also, when I sat down to eat, I saw a dead fly in my bowl. They gave mea full refund and I left, but I would not eat at this location! Read more

Order was prepared correctly, unlike a few other locations locally. I always order on site but have had plenty of messed up... orders for some reason. Food was delicous and the employee actually spread the ingredients so I received a great bite everytime!Will continue to eat at this location since they are the best store I have experienced in my local area. The staff were amazing! I don't know his name, but the guy on line (white guy with some freckles) handled my order perfectly.... The manager on duty (I forgot his name again but I believe it started with an A?) answered all of my questions and made theordering process very fluid. Overall, the service and food were both great! **** DISAPPOINTED **** **** NOT RECOMMEND **** Please look at the reviews sorted by date. There is a common thread and... this store appears to be seriously in need of corporate training and oversight. Our experience on Sunday 5/15/22 was consistentwith the numerous complaints regarding wrong ingredients, quantity of ingredients on order and overall cleanliness ofstore. Ordered via the app: (This should mean a consistent experience between different locations or that is the assumption.Also you should be able to avoid being around patrons in line during COVID surge. Did not happen that way) Guacamole: Onlything that was right. (NOTE that they?ve increased the indent on the bottom of the container. large order. Looks like a lot moreof you see the container but about 20% is extra indent on the bottom. It looks intentional and conspicuous - not sure that alarge is a better value than two Small orders) Chicken Salad: NO LETTUCE!! None!! What??? Why? Ordered light sour cream but wasslathered in Sour Cream. Overcooked chicken. Chicken Bowl: (one of their go to should always be spot on items) Chicken was overcooked and dry (NEVER HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM AT A CHIPOTLE!). Also light sour cream was ordered but serving was a huge bathlayer. Ordered EXTRA lettuce received a few tiny shreds of lettuce. Chairs were upside down on the table near thecondiments/fountain area and the store was not clean at all. Trash cans inside and out were overflowing and tables wereuncleaned. No clean place to sit and eat if you wanted to. This particular location on occasion meets expectations but is veryhot or miss and most usually they are a serious disappointment.
