I can?t ever recall having a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A, but I have to say this one in particular was exceptional.... Service was fast, food was tasty as always. Chick-fil-A is still the only fast food restaurant where I can honestly say that Ilook forward to going in to sit down and have a nice meal. The entire experience was more than extraordinary. Ordered at the first stop and the young man was nice and took my order but couldn't take my card for some reason. No worries, I... can pay at the window like every other drive thru.... Why does the worker inside give me and my wife a mean look when we get tothe window to pay? Sir, we are not going to runaway without paying, your chicken isn't worth larceny charges (trust), y'alltold us to come pay at the window and that is what I did. I thought Chick Fil A was #1 in Customer Service?!?! Next time pleasedon't make it seem like we are trying to run through without paying. Whoever the rude girl was working the drive through window today was so concerned I ordered a sandwich without pickles and also... one with extra pickles, that they left out the Mac and cheese we ordered. Obviously not worth driving back for a small Mac andcheese but I?ll just wait in line at the other Chick-fil-A next time. Maybe that?s why this location never has a wait. So dissapointed. Went through the drive thru yesterday which took about 30mins to get through, only for me to get the wrong... order. I ordered a spicy chickfila sandwhich with pepperjack cheese, which the sandwhich bag it was in said, but a regularchickfila sandwhich was in it instead. Like really. That?s not what i wanted. Usually everything is great. Today I went through the drive through and got home. Opened my food, and there was straight dirt in... my wrap. I don?t know if something fell into it or if some food was dropped and still put in to it. But there was enough dirtfor me to visibly notice it and taste it. I was happy to visit this place but when I visited last week, I was waiting almost 20 min. even I made mobile orders and trying... to pick up. And I found they missed my biscuit when I got home. My husband went back to the store and requested the explanation.He said they didn't look like feeling sorry and just gave him 3 free biscuit coupon. And found its expired 3/31/22 when he gothome. One of the worst "fast" food experiences I have ever been a part of, and I have the bruises to prove it. Don't worry I wont use... water. I can neutralize the pain, for I am a Dr. With that being said; A mobile order ahead of time to help both of use. Getthere, decide to leave the confines of automobile just to see that my mobile is not ready. Not a big deal. I wait patiently. Itwas not until the 20 minute mark when someone decides to ask for the name on the order. To put it simply the whole staff seemedrather dumbfounded. Mistakes happen... I suppose. The whole crew there was completely unapologetic about the whole event. As ifthey where the first, or the only to throw chicken on some bread. I have to yell foul, because something there simply aintright. Normally I'm not one to wait, for overpriced mediocrity as I think most people would agree. Especially not when the waittimes are ridiculous. Mixed in with some of the worst service I have ever encountered.
