When I choose to order chick fil A, I come to this location. Last week I had to redirect myself and drive a little further to... the one on Coit Rd. The last few times I went here I ordered large fries which I got half of them. They had ketchup and othersauces stuffed on top of my fries which is disgusting. They forgot our straws and some sauces weren?t right. In the past theywould get it right but lately it?s been a mess. I understand they may have teens working so maybe that has been the situation.However when you are paying 40.00 for fast food it?s unacceptable. I will not come back to this location on Preston. This store is near my place , I almost come everyday to enjoy the magical food .I got always heartiest welcome from the manger... Carter Duren and other managers too . Abbi Shipman?s welcome is also memorable, she is so kind . The lady Rhoda is so nice ,always ask if more food is needed , another girl Katia , she does not speak English , but her smile welcomes always . I love toknow more people from the store and loves to visit always ???????? My another days experience with manager ?Michael? isawesome. He always gives me heartiest welcome in the store , calling me as ?frnd ?and gives lots of respect , I always love tovisit that store because of so much positive ambience showing by the staffs . Chick-Fil-A is known for their classic chicken sandwiches, and is one of the best restaurants I?ve eaten. I like how the... employees are always nice and courteous. The food is delicious and you will not be disappointed in their quality. Be aware thatthey close on Sundays however. Read more
