I would eat here again but wouldn?t go out of my way to do so. Brisket was cooked perfectly, but I like a little more flavor... from the crust and rub. Sausage was decent as were the sides (tots and bacon wrapped jalapeños). Not a big sauce guy, but Ithink it was probably the best thing I had there. I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to let everyone know that Carlton provisions is not consistent, at least on their... brisket. The 1st trip we absolutely loved it. The meat was moist and flavorful. The 2nd time we were excited to return but weredisappointed because this time it was dry and lackluster flavor. We ordered the same thing, marbled and blackened .
