If cocktails are on the agenda tonight, this is the place. We tried all eight signature cocktails on the menu and not one was... disappointing. Beautifully garnished and tastefully presented. I would recommend 'Sweet Dreams,' 'French 8100,' 'Kiss from aRose,' and 'Come Fly with Me' for the ladies. You might want to try 'Take on Me' if and ONLY if you like cucumbers. I personallylike to taste a bit more of the alcohol in my drinks and 'Eye of the Tiger,' 'BVT Old Fashioned,' and 'Scottish Gentleman' didthe job for me. 'Eye of the Tiger' was my personal favorite - the mezcal was perfectly complemented by the "air of salt." Wewill most definitely return when in need of good cocktails. To go with the drinks, I will repeat the deviled eggs but skip theshort rib croquettes (a bit too salty for me) and probably go for a different main dish. We hope to be privileged with Ethan'sservice on our next visit as well. One of my favorite new restaurants in dfw. Salmon cake appetizer was delicious. They have a good selection of cocktails and... wines by the glass. The butcher burger was full of flavor. Dessert mousse cake also very good. Great atmosphere with open spaceas well! Read more
Really enjoyed the atmosphere here at Bavette Grill. The staff were incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely glad that we were... there. However, what kept this from being a 5* review was unfortunately the taste of my food. I ordered the Ahi Tuna and it wasincredibly over salted. I'm never one to send food back, so I didn't...but this one was close. The friendliness of the staff andthe relaxed atmosphere will probably bring me back for another try, and I wouldn't steer you away from trying Bavette yourself. Read more
This place is so good. We’ve been twice now and both times we can’t wait to go back. They always find us a table in minutes.... That is so rare for us these days because customer service really sucks most places. The hostess is so nice and talkative, thewait staff are great and timely. And the food is such good quality. Chicken sandwich, French dip, salmon bites, bacon wrappedjalapeños and tres leches - ALL GOOD. The patio is perfect and they grow their own herbs and lettuce!! Very cool. Highlyrecommend - it’s on the pricier side but y’all it is so worth it. We love this place and will be back for sure. Read more

Phenomenal food and service. All the places we wanted to go were all booked, and we were searching around and randomly found... this place. Best decision! Waiter is amazing, chef came out to talk, owner came to say hi. Food is 10/10. We were skepticalbecause some reviews say the food is bland. We confirm, it is not! Food is tasty. Where do I begin!! From the moment that I walked in, the staff makes you feel like the only client that exist. YES, I used the... term client, because there is a significant difference between a client and a customer! You get an elite feeling from everymember of the team, it's magical in this place, trust me you will see when you come. The gourmet cuisine is some of the best inthe World! The Short Rib Croquettes are easily in my Fave Five ever; the creator of this recipe deserves to be inducted in theCulinary Hall of Fame seriously. The Prime Rib Mac and Cheese, Salmon, and Surf and Turf were all incredible too! Everything istaste like it is made custom in house from total scratch. I visited the DFW area expecting just to find Mexican and bbq cuisine. Boy was I wrong. The service amazing, the head chef came... out and spoke to us. This is something that many chefs don’t do and I highly appreciated. The food and drinks were excellent.I would definitely recommend for a family night out or even just to have a nice date night.
