Sooo good! Kids love the pizza and pasta, appetizers are great, desserts yummy - and the bread with dipping sauce - MUST HAVE!... Tried so many dishes and bring my friends here - all have enjoyed and return on their own later as well. Food is excellent andthey are expert at modifications so you get things just as you like. Service is great and you will usually find the ownerworking - cooking and checking in with guests to ensure a fabulous experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Read more

This is a terrific restaurant. Their food is amazing. It tastes like it is homemade! The rolls, the pasta, the sauces, even the... cannoli were really good. This is a hidden gem in Plano! My girlfriend was craving Italian and this place was close by. It?s located in a nondescript... shopping center and it?s somewhat easy to miss. The atmosphere was very casual and laid back. The waitress was very friendlyand attentive. The menu includes all the usual favorites. The bread they brought out was really good. We shared a garden saladand I ordered the chicken parm while my girlfriend ordered the tortellini. They were both AMAZING. They were served to ussteaming hot and the sauces were on point. The server Oscar is super sweet, the restaurant gives a very calm and comforting vibe. FOOD IS AMAZING. I?ve come here early in... the morning, for brunch, and even dinner but the service is always great no matter what time of day, and food always tastesfresh. They give free garlic knots as the appetizer and they are the best you?ll ever try. If ordering I recommend the margaritapizza or the fettuccine carbonara pasta. I thought I would try something new for a change instead of a chain pizza place. Guess I was wrong. I would not order from this... place again. The simple cheese pizza had no flavoring and the cheese was just thrown on all over the place. The bread i orderedwas not wrapped in foil or anything to make sure it stayed fresh and not contaminated. I ordered Alfredo sauce and got a smallportion of that and it was so runny that we ended up throwing it away and again no garlic flavor at all. The fettuccinecarbonara I ordered for 11.95 was very small portion and paid extra for extra mushrooms. I could tell this was not done. TheCannoli was small as well. I would say this place is not worth what I paid. Then the driver could not find my apartment sofood arrived cold. She said I needed to come down and get my food and I said no I paid for delivery. She continued to arguewith me until I told her just take my food back. Then she said i will bring it to you. I suggest hiring a driver that knows thearea and is friendly instead of using Delivery services. They don?t reflect well on your business. Read more

First and last time ordering from here!!!!!! I am highly upset at the service this place does. I didn't even know my order... arrived until I heard a noise, looked outside my door and on my porch is a white bag. With hot food, like I specifically notedwhen placing my order ring doorbell, if you couldn't find my doorbell a quick knock would have been great. I never receivedservice like this before from any other restaurant. Then you can see from the photos the spaghetti is dry!!! The bread was notwrapped up or even toasted. I am glad I kept my tip money cause the delivery driver didn't earn nothing... I want a refund and Iwill continue to go to Joe's pizza and pasta!!! Or take my behind to the store and make my own Italian dinner with seasoning andlots of sauce. And those meatballs are store bought... Read more
