The buffet was not tasty at all.. you can?t order a personalized pizza.. The pizza taste & pasta is bland.. The downstairs... bathroom was horrible.. the upstairs bathroom was clean.. the games were cool.. the drink machine had 21 selection but only 6worked.. It wasn?t a really clean place.. I took my grandson here yesterday. If I could give 0 stars I would have. They deceive you by selling you an ?unlimited? pass.... However it was not. We never found the free games. The staff acted annoyed that we were there. I had to return downstairs 3different times because a game would deduct the game price from my pass but then the game would not work. The bathrooms weredirty with no hand towels to dry your hands. We were going to bring our other grandson next month when he comes to visit butthat will not happen now. This was my first time hosting a birthday party here and it will definitely be the last. My party host was always gone for long... periods of times. He was hardly around when I needed him. At the end of the night I realized I never got my party bags and I hadordered it online so I assumed I was charged for it. I end up finding out they never even charged me for the bags. Then, thenext day at home I realized they also didn?t give me my free mug with the group photo in it. I had so much going on that daysince I was hosting the party, I didn?t have time to remind someone else on how to do their job. Smh. Also, they had this othergroup share a room with us and the other people from the other party ended up touching a piece of my daughters cake! Concept is good, my son had a lot of fun. Experience with their staffing was not good. We came in and the guy who helped us... looked incredibly annoyed. There was a girl next to him that tried to give us bracelets and he just snapped at her ?no? becauseit was too late for those. An hour to close we played mini golf and there were a bunch of kids running and jumping all over thecourse, nearly bumping into us. My snapping point was when one of them threw a golf ball and hit me. Their parents were nowherenear and the staff was all busy cleaning up. Manager did apologize and seemed very sincere. I just don?t think it should be anorm that kids are allowed to run around like that with no staff to enforce the rules- even if it?s that close to closing time.What if they would have fallen and bumped their head on the concrete? Amazing Jake's is one of my kids favorite places to go for fun. Very nice, warm, receptive and friendly staff. Always very... polite and professional. They always understand and always willing to work with you in any situation. My family and I alwayslook forward to coming here. My only drawback is the food. Not really a whole lot of variety for an Adult. All they mostly havethese days is Pizza, Salad and Macaroni and cheese.
